New Reaction Video: Jimmy D's Rock Talk discovers The Walls Breathe

One of the most rewarding parts of being an independent band is watching someone discover your music for the very first time.

Today we're excited to share a brand-new reaction by Jimmy D's Rock Talk, who recently took his first journey into the world of The Walls Breathe, one of the key tracks from our debut album, Here Come the Freaks.

Rather than simply listening to the song, Jimmy paid close attention to its atmosphere, the production, the instrumental work and the dark cinematic mood that defines the EPTA7 universe. Throughout the reaction, he repeatedly commented on the heaviness of the guitars, the blend of electronics and metal, and the immersive feeling created by the music and visuals.

One moment that genuinely made us smile was hearing him say:

"I've got to do more of this band."

For an independent project, there's no better compliment than knowing someone wants to come back and explore more of your work.

We're grateful to Jimmy for taking the time to feature EPTA7 on his channel, for sharing all of our links with his audience, and for supporting independent music with such genuine enthusiasm.

If you haven't seen the reaction yet, you can watch it here:

If you enjoy Jimmy's content, don't forget to visit his channel, subscribe and show him some support. Independent creators and independent bands grow together, and we're always thankful to everyone who helps new music reach new listeners.

Thank you again, Jimmy!

See you in the next chapter...

Not every story is told. Some stories are waiting to be discovered. 🖤

Epta7 is an Irish–Italian dark alternative project formed in Dublin in 2012, creating music that inhabits the space between industrial rock, post-punk tension, electronic decay, and cinematic urban horror.
With Here Come the Freaks, Epta7 move beyond their industrial-metal origins and build something more immersive: a dystopian sonic world where cities breathe, walls remember, identities collapse, and human beings slowly mutate under the pressure of noise, trauma, paranoia, and decay.
Rather than a simple collection of songs, Here Come the Freaks unfolds like a journey through a haunted metropolis — a living urban organism where memory infects architecture, neon lights watch in silence, and the “freaks” are not outsiders, but people transformed by the system that created them.
Blending distorted electronics, hypnotic rhythms, dark rock atmospheres, industrial textures, and emotionally charged songwriting, Epta7 create music that feels both cinematic and unsettling — suspended between urban nightmare and emotional collapse.
After first emerging in Dublin’s underground scene with their debut EP Eptasystem, Epta7 return with a renewed artistic identity: darker, more atmospheric, and impossible to confine within a single genre.
Epta7 is not just a band. It is a world where the city creates its monsters.
